As business women we look after our business, our families and other responsibilities and often "we" become last on the list. This podcast offers an opportunity to take some time to reflect on the human needs and are they being met for us as business women.
We all are subjected to multiple hats and labels. We wear multiple every day, week, month and year. Our lives change, our businesses change and we have to adapt, evolve and consider our options.
Sometimes, it is needed to sit down and take some time out to re-access, re-focus and remind ourselves of what it is we truly want and who we want to be. This exercise I have used over the years when the time has arisen to take stock. Be sure to have some butchers paper or large sheets at the ready along with some lovely colored pens, some soft music and silence.
