Welcome back to another episode of Conscious Design and today Ian welcomes Carolyn, who kicks off with a little backstory about herself, the company and her role in the company today. Carolyn and Ian both develop on the idea of communication and how even non-verbal signs can tell a story to the customer or guest that represent the company or business in a certain light and effectively narrate the need to the receiving end.
