LGBTQ & Murder: The Gay Community is being targeted!
Zoe Spears is just one of ten people in the LGBTQ community have been killed just this month. Only half a mile away her friend Ashanti Carmon was killed. While pride celebrations are going on in cities throughout the U.S. there are people being murdered because they want to be who they are. Some of these people are people you know, some are your children and they are in danger. We need to love people and not judge them or force them to be something they are not. In this episode, I talk about what is going on with the LGBTQ community and what we can do.

Older Fathers in Society
Older father's in society
For years society has told women that their clock is running out or you better have that baby now because you're not getting any younger . But many men have heard from other men saying you not missing anything and ooh it's stressful and the the cost to support a child is overwhelming. Now that I was in my late 30's when I had my first son and in my 40s when I had my second son, however, I was 19 when I had my first child so I have seen it from both sides. Here is my take on older fathers in this episode of "Conversations with Dray."

Father's in Society
Father's in Society have a tendency to get a bad rap. On this podcast I share insights are what its like to be a father in this society today
Many are Working to Keep Many Down.
People say that people of color and/or people living in poverty do it to themselves, that we are the problem. But many times the people we are suppose to trust and who we believe will give us a fair shot are the very ones doing us wrong. They are not in the right frame of mind and they don't give us an even playing field. On today's episode we talk about police and drugs, killer female cop and affirmative action. Listen in as we get right too it.

Why our Children are Dying - It might be because of us
With increasing number of children committing suicide reports, we have to start wonder why this is happening. What has become so bad in a child's life that they would even consider committing suicide, let alone to actually commit to doing it. Why are our children dying? Maybe it's because of us. We need to talk about.
