Some of my closest friends at Bible school talk about forgiveness, what it looks like to forgive someone and what you do when you know you should forgive someone but you don't feel like it. 

As believers in Christ we get to walk in freedom from our past life. The enemy still tires to have a hold on us by tempting us with things that we've struggled with in the past. He is still making war between light and darkness to get us to fall but how will you stand strong in the battle, say no to these things and continue walking out in this free place? This weeks episode is all about that. I talk about the freedom we have in Christ as well as the actions steps that believers get to walk out in to take action and receive victory in Jesus Name. 

Have you had a difficult time trusting the Lord? Have you had a hard time following in obedience? Trusting God and walking in obedience is so hard at times. We feel like we know what's best or it's our way or the highway. This episode is about trusting God even when it's hard. It's all about keeping your eyes on Him as you rest in Him. My prayer for this weeks episode is for you to see that God’s plans don’t have to match our plans for them to be good. He is faithful and He is good. 

First semester is done at Bible school so I wanted to take some time to share what the Lord has taught me in regards to dying to myself, having Him be the center of my life, living for God alone, and finding hope in His name.  

Last week on pt 1 Judah, Tabby and I talked about the difference between being alone and feeling lonely. Today for pt 2 we dive into things you can do to help your loneliness and how to turn to the Lord with these heavy burdens. 

Let's be honest, loneliness is sooooo hard. You can sometimes feel like the only one who feels this way. In this episode, my close friends, Judah and Tabby join me to talk about loneliness and what the difference is between being alone and feeling lonely and how to handle this feeling. 

Have you ever heard of the verse "perfect love casts out all fear?" This was the verse that I would speak over myself daily when I struggled with fear but I never realized there was more to this verse as well as more in the chapter of 1 John 4 that works with this verse. Join me today as I share what the Lord showed me s well as helpful tidbits from commentaries and how to walk out in this perfect love with courage. 

The very concept of “self-control” implies a battle between a divided self. It implies that our “self” produces desires we should not satisfy but instead “control.” We should deny ourselves and take up our cross daily and that's what this devo is all about. Learning how to die to ourselves, take up our cross and live with self control. 

As Christians we hear that we are to live differently than the world but do we actually understand what that means? What does living a set apart life actually look like? How does it effect every decision, thought and action? Or is this just a term we throw around to look like a "good Christian?" Listen to this episode to hopefully help you with these questions. This conversation I had with my two friends on this subject really convicted me and I pray it does the same for you as well.

Today we dive into what gentleness looks like, some helpful tips for how to be gentle and how it's essential to have gentleness to be more like Christ.

For season 3 we are starting with what I learned at camp this summer and the devos today is on faithfulness. To know what faithfulness is and how to walk out in it we must look at God and His faithfulness first. God’s faithfulness has to be more precious to you than life and then as image bearers and those who take on His character can walk out in Christ’s faithfulness.  

Before this episode I had no idea what goodness meant. I hope this episode can open your eyes to the goodness of God. The goodness of God is not something He does but it is who He is. The goodness of Christ is to be exemplified in our lives daily. We have to daily choose to show kindness and goodness to be more like our Father. 

My convo with Gabby today is all about healthy living, how to take care of our bodies as a temple unto the Lord and how to stay away from pride or the lies of the enemy when seeking to live healthier lives. Gabby shares about her cancer journey and how she now helps women live non-toxic lifestyles and understand how to heal their bodies in a God honoring way. 

In this episode Jared talks about how his music journey began, how he got into composing and producing, how he keeps going with creating even when he feels burnt out and how he grows in the music field all for the Lord's glory. Though he talks about music in this episode he also shares some great wisdom that God has taught him and tips for those who are also in the entrepreneur and creating world. 

In the Bible, Jesus encourages us to show kindness to others humbly, quietly, even anonymously, with no expectation of anything in return. But how do we do that? In todays episode I dive in deeper to the meaning of kindness and how we, as believers, can grow in kindness and live it out by looking to Him as our example. 

Fear gets us nowhere. It is the place that the enemy would like us to remain in because let’s face it — fear is a bondage. On today's episode I have my friend Abby on the podcast as we talk about facing this trap and how to fight against it. Abby shares her testimony with fighting fear and gives helpful suggestions to help you fight against fear as well.

For this devotional I talk about the word peace, how you can find peace in your daily life and how peace is knowing that our God is in control in the midst of those hard things. When our minds are stayed on Him we will have peace. 

On today's episode I share my testimony with porn, how the Lord set me free from it and helpful tips and tricks He's given me through the years to fight this new drug and fight the temptation when thoughts come to mind. I also share my answers to people's insatgram questions regarding this as well as how to make this a less awkward conversation. There is no shame to those in Christ Jesus! 

In this episode I break down facts about pornography, I break down the lies that the enemy has made regarding porn, sex and making you feel shame. I don't believe this is talked about enough so I tried to share things in here without bringing a feeling of condemnation. This episode is a real and raw one but it's a battle most of the world struggles with and a battle that we can help fight. We need information first as our tools before we start the fight.

On this episode I interviewed the founder of the How To Life Movement and podcast host for the Gen Z podcast. Jordan and I talk about living for Jesus and being His light in our generation while also connecting with other believers through organizations such as the one Jordan started. Love. A word used so many times throughout the day that has powerful meaning behind it but that is seen with so much misconception. In this episode I break down some definitions of love, how we can love because Jesus first loved us and how we can wear love even if we don't feel like it in the moment. Love is powerful. Let's never forget that.

In this generation when most people think Christians are hypocritical and judgmental about everything, we should choose to walk in a different way.
