Welcome back to Season 2 of Co-op Button! We played a bunch of Mortal Kombat XI so we could tell you what we thought about Dragon Ball FighterZ!! 

Okay, not really, we mostly talk about Mortal Kombat, including Milkman trying to convince his mom that it was not that violent because there were too many skulls on the screen!!

The sequel to a game that started development *before* Dark Souls, but is still somehow a Souls-like. It's good!

A physics-based sword-fighting game that is both comedy and completely serious? Yep, that's Hellish Quart! Unequivocally the best game where grabbing someone automatically decapitates them.

It's Garfield, it's Kart, it's...furryous. Yep!

Honestly this made me far less mad than Synthetik

This is clearly a game for streamers, children, and child streamers. And streamers' children. 

It's like Twinkle Star Sprites, or Tetris But With Space Guns

Hi Broco! I'm sorry we didn't like this game very much. 

ACAB! But especially these motherfuckers.

We recorded this right after Halo Infinite came out, but someone (cough cania cough) didn't friggin edit it! But as always it has some great music in it.

Milkman has played left 4 dead extensively. Cania has not. What will they discover in this journey of...discovery? 

Cania has never played left 4 dead - how the fuck did they avoid it for so long? They discuss their non-impressions prior to playing.

Milkman has played left 4 dead. He talks about his history with the game and other stuff that Cania can't remember because they barely edited this.

We both uninstalled this game immediately before recording this, if that gives you an idea of what we thought of it.

We sort of randomly talked about clicker games while recording, whoops. It's good though and I added some extremely chill music to help you feel good.

Let's play Nidhogg!! It's not exactly co-op but mutually assured destruction is a kind of cooperation, right?

We go over our first impressions of Ghost Wreckin: Bulletproof, including what we think of the writing (surreal and bad), what we think of the island (beautiful), and what we think of the shooting (it has bullets). With a special guest appearance by Not-Whispering Milkman!

We're moving on to Ghost Recon: Breakpoint...but first, we're talking about our previous experiences with Tom Clancy games, and also how cops suck and guns suck. And how much this confuses us while we play these games!!

We continue talking about Borderlands 3, with a focus on what we actually like about this dang game. 

Let's play Street's of Rogue, baby! It's like...what if GTA...met Deus Ex...met...RPG Maker?? It's very fucking good, just listen to the episode.

In this slightly rambly episode, we talk about competitive team games, and whether or not they represent the co-op experience. I also left in a bunch of other stuff, like 5 minutes of H2G2 talk. Because I know you want that parasocial relationship!!

We play Contra Rogue Corps and try to find something good or interesting to say about this vaguely miserable game. And somehow, we manage it!

We mostly complain about menus TBH, but we'll certainly have more coherent thoughts after a few more hours with the game.

Cania and Milkman discuss the finer points of kicking in doors and accidentally obliterating hostages. And also how SWAT teams can eat shit and die, but not in a fun, playful way. ACAB

Matt and Cania talk about Strange Brigade, the game that was released 19 years after what has to be its primary inspiration, The Mummy. We complain quite a bit but we still like the game.

We discuss the hype cycle, pre-ordering games, and regrettable pre-orders we have done ourselves. 

This week we talk a a bit about Worms WMD, but mostly we talk about how games and personality are intertwined. Sort of.

We played Dragon Marked for Death but we learned nothing. So instead we talked about Duck Game and party games in general. 

When do you stop playing a game forever, and when do you take a break? We took a little break from Dragon Marked for Death, but that won't stop us from talking about it. 

In this Very Special and Much Longer Than Normal episode, we talk at length about the early access game 30XX! As huge fans of 20XX, we went to some depth about what we did like, and what might be better about the (day 2!) edition of 30XX.
