The Endo Chats with Jade Walker
For this episode, we are talking about all things endometriosis with Jade Walker. Jade is an accredited Naturopath, has a BHSc in Naturopathy and has practiced for 4 years, specialising in helping people with endometriosis and fertility for 2 years. As with many other guests on the show, Jade's journey to her own diagnosis was long, but this experience is what inspired her to dedicate her career to helping people naturally manage this condition. On this episode we talk about:
- Jade's journey to diagnosis
- The 4 main categories covered when treating endometriosis (reducing inflammation, modulating the immune system, correcting gut health, detoxification pathways) and the importance of correcting gut health
- SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) and other co-morbidities
- Endometriosis and diet
- Recommended supplements that are supported with evidence-based research
