Make a positive choice then focus on the decision we made ,visualize it and it shall be.
Ten minutes of Meditation a day ,and your life will slowly improve.
Why meditation?Well just like exercise is good for the physical body so is meditation a great exercise for the mind.Start off with ten minutes of awareness of your breathing each day and soon see the benefits.
Love and Joy come from with in.
In these times that are different,take a look at our attitude to life and people.Love ,compassion come from us first.
Just give a smile,and see the difference it can make for you and the recipient.
