A mantra for compassion
We all wish to be free from suffering, so if we can develop a sense of compassion within, we can offer more kindness to the world around us. The Tibetan Buddhist practice of Lamrim is one way that can help us find that compassion, here I share a Tibetan Buddhist mantra meditation to help us release negativity and share more peace and positivity with the world.
The benefits of meditation
There are many benefits to practicing meditation, from helping us feel calmer and more relaxed to lowering blood pressure. Here I share not only the improvements to our health and wellbeing, but also the type of meditation that can help in our daily life, finishing with a short guided zen practice.
