The Modern Approach to Coffee Farming - Luiz from Capricornio Coffee

Our second podcast in promotion for our Map it Forward event (check it out on eventbrite). An incredible interview with Luiz Rodrigues (Capicornio Coffee) and Muki Yeung (Condea Co-Lab)

Luiz Rodrigues is an agronomist and a first generation farmer who had to figure out how to grow coffee. Years later his farm and his co-up has won 'cup of excellence' awards and is now exporting coffee all around the world. Luiz takes us through the struggles and the steps of building a coffee farm, the misconceptions of growing quality coffee and the perspective of a producer in the coffee market. The interview included a bit of laughter, a bit of science and an emotional journey. It's worth a listen!
