The queen of the classics was upon us and it did not disappoint. There was carnage, there was heartache, there was intense drama and I recap every bit of the excitement that was thrown down last Sunday in France. Quick-Step continues their dominance, but they were almost dethroned by a young German powerhouse.
This is a great time to be alive as 2 new bikes were raced in Roubaix and I have all the details on what these two bikes are and what makes them special.

In the world of Pro News the first official race of the year is over after the pro peloton went through Australia in the Tour Down Under. I break down each stage along with my overview of the race and how this race will predict events later down the road.
The Tour Down Under brought out a lot of hot tech, bikes and kits. I go through and vividly explain my likes and dislikes when it comes to new kits and bikes. In the tech world, we got a glimpse of more 12-speed cassettes along with a whole host of beautiful goodies.

A move like this from Muc-Off helps signify the importance that e-bikes have in the market.

Something I wished I had learned earlier in my cycling life was what to eat out on a ride and the fact that I should be eating more while riding. I am a big proponent of eating enough and drinking enough on the bike to make sure you perform at your best level. What should you eat/drink and how often?
