Cynthia illustrates through two examples how simple and joyful it is to leave space for surprises.
She takes you right into the Heart of the Unknown. The Unknown simply IS, reality itself. Nobody knows what is going on right now and nobody knows what will happen tomorrow. Why? Because things are constantly changing- However, we have the illusion of control and knowing.
Leaving space for surprises means to re- cognize that you don't have to create something new. Everything is always new, since it is always changing. When we let go into the newness of every moment, our Heart rejoices and we feel truly alive. We forget ourselfs.
Join Cynthia in this podcast and discover yourself room for surprises and wonder in the everyday life. And find out that new is truly better than known.
What would it be like to respond to life without the interpretation and projection of the separate self? Cynthia speaks about the separate self in a way that it is the 'middle man' filter that we see and project our experience from. Another way to see the 'middle man' filter is to recognize that the middle man is ego, is the focus of 'me' - me' being the story that you create through the identification of thought and feeling. The filter of the middle man is what causes us suffering, liberation from me, me, me is the recognition of freedom prior to the filter of the middle man! Join Cynthia as she dissects this habit.
This podcast is a talk from Cynthia’s recent webinar “What Does It Mean to Embrace Life As It Is?”. Most people are constantly trying to change or avoid the experience they are having, which results in a state of discontent and a feeling of something is always wrong. If you look, you might notice that throughout your day you want your experience to be different then it is. Our ideas of what we should feel and experience are all coming from conditioned beliefs so we end up running towards those beliefs and away from the beauty of what is already the case. This podcast is about seeing this habit, letting thoughts and emotions rise and fall away without pushing them away or trying to change them. The moment that you accept your discontent or non-inspiration – that’s the moment it is transmuted into content and inspiration. Change your relationship to your experience and you can change your quality of life.
Cynthia speaks about taking more responsibility for the decisions we make in our lives. Most of the time we think we don't want people to tell us what to do but underneath we find ourselves indecisive or in avoidance of what is happening. Are we open to new ideas or ideas outside of our conditioned beliefs? Or are we afraid to step beyond the barriers of these beliefs? If we are then we are allowing fear to inform our decisions or our lack of decisions, we are allowing conditioning to rule our lives. This podcast is a call to go beyond fear, to listen to the Spiritual Heart that is beating in you, find your true voice and then have the courage to use it.
In this episode, Cynthia takes you right into the storm: where everything is changing. Inevitably there are hard times in life and challenging moments during the day. How we relate to the intensity of change will determine how much you suffer. Usually when times get 'stormy' we run away from the emotional ups and downs of our experience. Why do we do this? It is because we have ideas of what is enjoyable and what is not? We have ideas that I should feel a certain way and when I don't I think something is wrong.
Cynthia breaks down the cycle of suffering when you refuse to ride the storm of Life. She invites you to open up to the possibility that everything is as it is, the essence of the storm of Life when it is calm or when it is rocky is all the same. It is all God/Consciousness/Spirit. Cynthia guides you through different perspectives to help you see life beauty and love in all aspects of the human experience. She also gives you a simple exercise to start the ride.

When we come together for a purpose beyond the individual's opinion or position we can tap into a deeper dimension of ourselves. Individually this can be very powerful but when this happens in a collective then something stronger and more beautiful than the individual parts emerge. Cynthia speaks about how collective emergence can occur and the power that emerges when a collective comes together for a purpose higher then the individual. She also speaks about her experience of when this happens and the importance of collective emergence in these times. If you are interested in an expression of Consciousness beyond the individual then take the time to listen to this podcast.
The truth is everything is always new, but unfortunately we don't see this as we are too busy projecting what we think we already know out into the world. What happens when we project our fears and desires onto other people? Do we see them clearly? Do we see ourselves clearly? Do we suffer, do we cause others to suffer? Do we have an image of ourselves that we are expecting others to continuously support? Do we get angry when they don't? Cynthia shares an exercise to help you identify the self images you may have so you can see them and transcend them.
Overwhelm is a common experience for almost everyone,
Have you ever asked yourself, 'What is the root of the overwhelming experience of being overwhelmed?'
Most people haven't really looked very deeply into why they are so overwhelmed.
They know that overwhelm is usually accompanied by strong emotions, a feeling of contraction, an internal voice screaming, I can't take anymore, followed by a sense of hopelessness and an intense desire to escape.
Sound familiar? Will we always be a victim to this experience or is there another perspective on all of this?
If you want to know the answer to that question, then join Cynthia on this podcast and deepen your understanding on how to be with overwhelm without being overwhelmed. ( :
Who am I? How shall I live?
In this podcast, Cynthia explores what it takes to ask those questions with an open Curious Heart.
Nobody can control where we put our attention. If we put our attention on what is real and true in this world, something already changes. We all have unlimited possibilities when we don't go with fear. You have a body, you have a mind, you have a mouth and you have a voice.
This is the moment to create a new world beyond ego and separation: where we embrace our True Self as Consciousness itself with unlimited possibilities of how we can be together and how we can care for the planet and each other. Why? Because it is our Natural State.
Follow Cynthia's passionate call to recognize who you really are and do something different.
Cynthia speaks about the challenge and the liberation that comes with the decision to open up to new ideas and narratives. Opening up to something we don't already know, or opening to something that challenges our strongly held beliefs will usually, if not always cause fear to arise. Cynthia shares her own experience and understanding that when one opens to something new, it is not the thing itself that liberates one, it is in releasing fear and limitation (ego) and giving space for that which we don't already know and that which is infinitely more creative then any idea or belief we may have. The times we are in call for more people to let go, to wake up, to speak up and to rise up. Warning for this Podcast: You may find that you are more then you could imagine and with awakening comes responsibility.
Cynthia invites you to explore a deeper dimension of being in relationship with others. We usually assume that we are separate, isolated human beings defined by stories of our past. When two human beings relate to each other beyond the limitations of 'our stories' , beyond the imposition of separation, a new kind of relationship is possible. Join Cynthia for this enlightening podcast and learn about a new possibility in relationship, that is always available, even if you are restricted to staying in your apartment!

Just set a side a few minutes of the day and sit quietly, relax and breathe.
How much of life are you denying? Do you have a nagging feeling of discontent and agitation? Most of the time, most of us are running away, trying to avoid or change what is unpleasant or painful and look for good feelings where we know we are ok.
In this podcast, Cynthia guides us through a process of recognizing that accepting the experience we are having is the doorway to freedom, when we no longer seek to have a different experience we can get in touch with that which is prior to experience. Cynthia speaks about the opportunity we all have in every moment to let everything be as it is, to shift the attention from the content we are aware of, to a recognition that we are that which is aware. Join Cynthia in her invitation to recognize the beauty of Life as we resist the temptation to avoid or deny anything.

It is a huge opportunity to find a deeper dimension for ourselves. If we actually are all one – how real are you going to respond? This pandemic is pushing us all together and forcing us to see that what I do matters.
