Epsiode 19: Room for Surprises
Cynthia illustrates through two examples how simple and joyful it is to leave space for surprises. She takes you right into the Heart of the Unknown. The Unknown simply IS, reality itself. Nobody knows what is going on right now and nobody knows what will happen tomorrow. Why? Because things are constantly changing- However, we have the illusion of control and knowing. Leaving space for surprises means to re- cognize that you don't have to create something new. Everything is always new, since it is always changing. Episode 18: Find Space and Freedom, No More Me, Me, Me!
What would it be like to respond to life without the interpretation and projection of the separate self?  Cynthia speaks about the separate self in a way that it is the 'middle man' filter that we see and project our experience from. Another way to see the 'middle man' filter is to recognize that the middle man is ego, is the focus of 'me' -  me' being the story that you create through the identification of thought and feeling.  The filter of the middle man is what causes us suffering, liberation from me, me, me is the recognition of freedom prior to the filter of the middle man! Most people are constantly trying to change or avoid the experience they are having, which results in a state of discontent and a feeling of something is always wrong.  If you look, you might notice that throughout your day you want your experience to be different then it is.  Our ideas of what we should feel and experience are all coming from conditioned beliefs so we end up running towards those beliefs and away from the beauty of what is already the case.  This podcast is about seeing this habit, letting thoughts and emotions  rise and fall away without pushing them away or trying to change them. The moment that you accept your discontent or non-inspiration – that’s the moment it is transmuted into content and inspiration. Change your relationship to your experience and you can change your quality of life.

Cynthia speaks about taking more responsibility for the decisions we make in our lives.  Most of the time we think we don't want people to tell us what to do but underneath we find ourselves indecisive or in avoidance of what is happening. Episode 15: Riding the Storm!

The truth is everything is always new, but unfortunately we don't see this as we are too busy projecting what we think we already know out into the world.  What happens when we project our fears and desires onto other people?  Do we see them clearly?  Do we see ourselves clearly? Do we suffer, do we cause others to suffer? Do we have an image of ourselves that we are expecting others to continuously support? Episode 9: Opening up to New Ideas - Transcending Fear
Cynthia speaks about the challenge and the liberation that comes with the decision to open up to new ideas and narratives.  Opening up to something we don't already know, or opening to something that challenges our strongly held beliefs will usually, if not always cause fear to arise.  Cynthia shares her own experience and understanding that when one opens to something new, it is not the thing itself that liberates one, it is in releasing fear and limitation (ego) and giving space for that which we don't already know and that which is infinitely more creative then any idea or belief we may have.
