While others are willing to use past references to manipulate you as they choose, you can also do quite a job on yourself in this regard.


The art of forgetting can be essential to the art of living.

All those dreadful memories you have carefully stored away in your brain are hardly worth recalling.


Allow yourself the grace of forgiveness or you will be the only one to suffer. Why hang onto a past you cannot change.


Do not allow yourself to be victimized by yourself or others. You are worthy of so much more.

Victimization is real and painful and people may be stuck in this mode their whole life. It is not time to break free from your victimizers and stand tall!!??!!


Lord Bryon, the famed English poet, once wrote, "No hand can make the clock strike for me the hours that are passed."


Yet that is precisely what the folks who could victimize you attempt to do with their multitude of strategies concentrating on the past behaviors, of which "you should have" is merely one of the most common and powerful.


Is it not time to stop being victimized and to stand up for yourself? I know this is not an easy feat, as I have lived it my whole life.

I have worked hard on getting boundaries in place, removing the negative energies present, and allowing the beliefs that were stuck to be removed.

One major victimizing tactic repeatedly used in our culture employs references to things which you can do nothing about, or behaviors ad events which are now in history.

By becoming aware of how others will attempt to divert your attention and throw you on the defensive with complaints about past acts you cannot ever change.

We need to admit we were wrong and apologize to forgive ourselves and others or we stay in the victim trap for a lifetime. You can either focus on the negative or you can choose to validate the love you have for human beings and no we all make mistakes.


It is time to work on your boundaries and not to be victimized again. How would that feel and look like to YOU?

Willingness to confront fear is courage. The bravest thing YOU can do when you are not brave is to profess courage and act accordingly.

I like the idea of professing courage. The important thing to do is to act, rather than to try to convince yourself of h ow brave you are or aren't at any given moment.

Operating from Strength

Fear itself does not exist in the world. There are only fearful thoughts and avoidance behaviors.


Do You typically behave from a position of weakness? Here are a few examples:

1. Do you find yourself just "going along' with what others in your family want to do, and resenting it?

2. Do you avoid asking for promotions and presenting strong cases for your requests?

3. Do you find yourself "just paying the bill," even when you believe you've been charged too much?

4. Do you find yourself asking permission to speak or to thigs?

There are many more if you felt the nudge in your stomach that this resonated with you, it is indicative of your victimization as a result from operating from weakness.


Being strong in no way implies being powerful, manipulative, or even forceful. Operating from strength, means leading your life from the twins' positions of worth and effectiveness.

Ortho-Bionomy with the regards to the Rotation of the Hip Bones

When a hip bone rotates back and  gets  stuck, one leg may appear shorted than the other.  Today, I discussed the work being done with a sacral ball for release but if there is pain, please stop.  Release of these position may cause a exaggerated response until the muscle or joint has relaxed. Working with the anterior and posterior rotation of the hips are both felt is shortness/longer leg being associated.  Following these release, please move slowly so as not to reestablish the old holding pattern.  

When we feel are weak and confused we feel weighed down n life.  This can add to the lower back pain.  Also, having difficulty moving forward in life may cause this type of stuck pain.  When you have a tendency to see yourself as a victim you may frequently self-sabotage, be angry with yourself, and then your anxiety climbs, swollen or weak ankles, even problem in your legs or your feet may arise.   On a physical level, your circulation may be impaired, even problems with legs or feet.

Do your clients have selective hearing and they can not feel their emotions?

Selective hearing starts when trauma is triggered during a session.  The client can not hear what the Practitioner is saying and they can not feel their emotions fully.  These are common hurdles for many clients.  People feel safe by suppressing and dissociating from their feelings.  When you start a session always be realistic about the time frame and what the client wants to achieve.

Resistant to Change

Resistance to change and lack of cooperation is often an issue when working with clients.  Many clients have a "no one can fix me" attitude.  Ask the client what benefit is of believing no one can fix them.  Gentle boundaries as many feel that if they change what would their lives  look like? Who am I when all the trauma is gone?  You are a unique soul that needs unconditional love as you are worthy of love.

The Dramatic Client may revert to a state of mind that served them well through life which they learned when they were children.  Deep down they feel invisible, lonely, and rejected, and they need to be heard and listened to.  The Blaming Client avoids dealing with their issues and problems often deflecting to blame others for how they feel and the circumstances they have put themselves into.

All Practitioners have their own personal issues that they are working through on a day-to-day basis.  It's a process in life that is taking place at this very moment.  Having their own experiences while helping clients experience their journeys.  As a Practitioner, we are still human and we place a great deal of pressure upon ourselves to not make a mistake and disappoint a client.  Clients may also place a Practitioner on a pedestal, which can place stress upon the Practitioner.  Be yourself as you are enough.

Be aware of getting emotionally involved with other's personal lives.  When you reach out to someone in need, it's important that you are clear whether there is something within you that needs to be well first.  Make sure you can live up to the support you offered as this creates a safety net and we do not want this to break.  Remind people how very important they are.  They forget easily...have you forgotten how important you are?

Whether working on self or another, it is important to become your own source of support. It is healthy to have people that you can reach out to when we need support, however, building your self-esteem and trust of self is a strong relationship with yourself.  We can self-sabotage ourselves by thinking negative thoughts and the gains we get from those frequencies.  What if you are working with friends or relatives?  Do they really want help or do they just need to talk and you listen?  Many times we listen and give advice and they do not want to hear it.  Allow them to speak and you hold them up during this difficult time with peace, love, and listening ears.
