Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there! This week I am blessed to be joined by Kayla Pruski. Kayla is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, a Mom of two, a wife, and my sister. She joins us for the Mother's Day special to talk about motherhood and life.
Call your mother, tell her you love her. Tell your children's mother she is doing a great job because no matter what the situation you are in, without mothers, we don't have fathers.

Baby Weight with Lou Altomare-CSCS
We were blessed to be joined by Lou Altomare today. Lou is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, a registered strength and conditioning coach, a tactical strength and conditioning facilitator, and a United States of America weightlifting certified trainer. Lou has a Bachelor of Science in Strength and Conditioning with a minor in coaching.
Lou and I sit down to talk about the "baby weight" that dad might put on during pregnancy or after the baby has been delivered. We talk about diet, exercise, and getting mom back into the swing.
