Real talk...what my last two days have been like, and why on your down or crap days, it’s even MORE important to focus on that most important mission activity. And to cut yourself some slack! To everyone on the down rollercoaster, solidarity. To everyone on the up, enjoy it and make the most of the smooth sailing! 🙌

We’re always looking for the slow and steady approach around here, with good work/life balance. But it can be easy to fall back into hustle mode, even when you’re actively choosing a different path. We’d fallen back into high pressure mode around here, and today I’m sharing a decision we came to this AM. 

This impacts both staying customer centric (aka keeping the needs and preferences of your people front and center) AND overall sales. This is where I truly split from many sales/business strategists in the online space.
