In this amazing conversation with @lukareedy we talk about trauma, life purpose and business!
I was orphaned at the age of 11 as my father was killed when I was three months old and my mother died from cancer when I was 11.
Since then I worked everyday after school to make ends meet.
I was beaten, abandoned, and sexually and mentally abused.
Yet my past didn't define who I became.
Now I am a trauma-informed spychic healer and manifestation coach that helps (mainly) women liberate themselves from triggers and blockages to manifest a life led by the heart, intuition, body and soul!
Like me, Luka Reedy also dealt with lots of adversity as a child —from his father being addicted to heroin and in prison, to living with domestic violence.
He also transformed his pain into power and purpose and is now a counsellor, hypnotherapist and life coach helping people worldwide empower themselves, create thriving relationships and feel emotionally free.
Your pain holds your purpose in life!

The main culprit is the taboo and shame that there is around this subject. I want to celebrate my 100th episode on this subject because If I'd made a different choice. These 100 episodes won't be here. In this episode I talk about my own struggles, give tips on how you can deal with these thoughts and what you can do if you suspect or want to support someone else. An estimated 703 000 people die by suicide worldwide each year. Over one in every 100 deaths (1.3%) in 2019 was the result of suicide. The global suicide rate is over twice as high among men than women. Over half (58%) of all deaths by suicide occur before the age of 50 years old.
