Sharing some of my childhood trauma hopefully this helps others to move on from a headspace of trauma and into healing

Sometimes you could just be strolling on social media, having a general conversation, and just out and about and see something and it triggers you and brings up trauma you didn't deal with that's why it's important to stay doing Shadow work

Everybody who calls to see how you're doing is not really calling to see how you doing they want to know if whatever they sent is working

Think for yourself stop believing in religion that's something that was made up and given to you stop being a sheeple and become a lion

Oh just talking about a little this and a little bit of that y'all know me whatever you can get out of it get whatever you can't leave it there hopefully somebody else will get it 🤗😘

A little of this and a little bit of that take what you need and leave what you don't 🤗

And don't give up on your dreams you never know what they might lead you but if you give up you'll never know
