In this the 50th episode of Dare To Talk, Jack looks back on the last 3 years, and what has led him to raising close to £5000 in aid of the British Heart Foundation, and in memory of his Dad. A story that began during the first year of the COVID pandemic.

A positive relationship, a promotion at work and all looking good, led to a massive crash in January 2021, and a return to depression, suicidal thoughts and isolation. Following some unforeseen motivation and inspired by the legendary David Goggins, Jack began a GoFundMe around the 4x4x48 Challenge. This successful event led to a life long dream of a spot in the London Marathon 2021, and following an up lifting year of fundraising and professional success, Jack completed the Marathon and was offered a spot in 2022 as well. Another year followed with events and challenges, other charity work and the London Marathon 2022.

Jack opens up about how far he has come the last few years and this weekend's third London Marathon in a row, will be his last.
