Rachel Pierre is the founder of Mommifaceted, a media company and podcast that focuses on everyday women of color who want to be more than just a figurehead in the household and are juggling home life, career, and doing what it takes to follow their passions. As a wife and new mom, Rachel found herself questioning the status quo of what it meant to be a mother and looking for mom inspiration that looked like her. 

Mommifaceted has garnered support and features interviews from successful moms including Julee Wilson of Essence, Mattie James, Shavone Riggins of Curlkalon, and Felecia Hatcher of Black Tech Week.

As the creator of the Mommifaceted brand, Rachel incorporates live broadcasts, events, and community building activities to help moms find their own personal tribe and build confidence in their ability to be a better all-around woman.

Rachel was raised in Northern Virginia and is an alumna of Elon University (B.A.) and the University of Houston (M.P.A.). Her professional experience combines a mixture of public service and communications for the federal government.
