She went on to become a professional Gymnast for the University of Oklahoma. She is the wife of Shawn Vasquez (owner of Pride Foods) and together they grown a business that still to this day seems unreal to them. Once she began receiving words of affirmation from others, she took it to the extreme finding herself in the state of Anorexia Nervosa. Going in and out of hospitals she battled this disease from 12 years old and well into her 20s.
