Almost Daily Podcast for 03/15/2024: How do you see yourself?

Almost Daily Podcast for 03/15/2024: How do you see yourself?

Welcome to the Almost Daily Podcast for March 15th, 2024, hosted by Daryl Perry. In today's episode, we delve into a fundamental question: How do you see yourself? This inquiry lies at the core of our existence, shaping our actions, relationships, and self-worth.

Reflect on the image you hold of yourself. Is it an authentic reflection of your desires and values, or has it been influenced by external expectations? Society, peers, and even our own past experiences can contribute to how we perceive ourselves. However, understanding and owning our self-perception is crucial, as it forms the foundation for everything we do in life.

Consider the value you assign to yourself and how it translates into your interactions with others. What behaviors do you tolerate from others, and how do you show up in your relationships and career? Your self-perception influences every aspect of your life, from your hobbies to your friendships and beyond.

Challenging the way we see ourselves can be daunting, especially if we've held onto a particular identity for a long time. However, it's essential to realize that change is possible. While it may not be as simple as deciding to be someone else overnight, we can choose the type of person we want to become and take consistent actions aligned with that vision.

Daryl emphasizes the importance of separating our value as individuals from the actions we take. By aligning our actions with the person we aspire to be, we gradually reshape our self-perception and redefine our path in life.

So, take a moment to ask yourself: How do you see yourself? Your answer to this question holds the key to unlocking your potential and shaping the life you desire.

If you'd like to share your thoughts on this topic, you can comment directly in the show notes if you're listening on Spotify. Alternatively, feel free to email Daryl at Daryl@DarylPerry.com. Thank you for tuning in, and until next time, remember to embrace the power of self-perception in your journey of personal growth.

Almost Daily Podcast for 03/14/2024: You are what you create

Almost Daily Podcast for 03/14/2024: You are what you create

Welcome to the Almost Daily Podcast for March 14th, 2024, where we delve into the profound concept: You are what you create. In today's episode, I reflect on the essence of self-expression and the significance of sharing your unique perspective with the world.

As I explore the idea of being shaped by our creations, I emphasize the diverse forms of creativity, from traditional arts to everyday activities like gardening or baking. Whether it's through art, writing, or simply sharing experiences with loved ones, the act of creation holds immense value in shaping our identity and connecting us with our true selves.

In a world dominated by social media trends and viral content, it's easy to lose sight of our individual voices. I urge listeners to resist the pressure to conform and instead embrace their authenticity. Whether it's through short videos, podcasts, or personal journals, finding avenues to express our unique perspectives is vital for personal growth and self-discovery.

I also introduce the concept of the YLF365 challenge, a year-long journey of self-expression and personal development. This self-paced practice encourages participants to engage in daily tasks and embrace their creative outlets, fostering a deeper connection with themselves and their identity.

As we wrap up, I pose a thought-provoking question to our listeners: What is your creative outlet? Whether you're already engaged in creative pursuits or seeking inspiration, I invite you to share your thoughts and experiences with me. You can reach out via email at daryl@darylperry.com or join the conversation on Spotify.

Thank you for tuning in to today's episode of the Almost Daily Podcast. Remember, your unique perspective matters, and your creativity has the power to shape not only your identity but also the world around you. Stay tuned for more insightful discussions, and until next time, keep creating and embracing who you are.

Almost Daily Podcast for 03/04/2024: Telling yourself what to do

Almost Daily Podcast for 03/04/2024: Telling yourself what to do

Welcome to today's episode of The Almost Daily Podcast, hosted by me, Daryl Perry. Today, we're diving into the topic of "Telling Yourself What to Do." Have you ever stopped to consider how much of your life is dictated by the expectations and directives of others? I believe that true fulfillment comes when we start giving ourselves the instructions, rather than simply following what others have told us.

In this episode, I explore the concept of being the architect of your own life. It's easy to fall into the trap of seeking external validation or guidance, whether it's from books, podcasts, or other people in our lives. But what if we took a step back and asked ourselves: What do I truly want? What do I want to do with the information and experiences I've gathered?

I share my thoughts on how we can break free from the cycle of seeking external direction and start listening to our own inner voice. It's not always easy, and it takes practice, but living life on your own terms is incredibly rewarding.

As I discuss these ideas, my furry companion interrupts with her playful antics, reminding me of the importance of taking a moment to enjoy life's simple pleasures.

So, whether you're pondering your own path or just looking for some inspiration, join me on today's episode as we explore the power of telling yourself what to do. And as always, I'd love to hear your thoughts and comments. You can reach me at Daryl@DarylPerry.com. Thanks for listening, and until next time, remember to live your life by your own design.

Almost Daily Podcast for 03/01/2024: You are the change

Welcome to the Almost Daily Podcast for March 1st, 2024. I'm your host, Daryl Perry, and today's episode is all about realizing that you are the change you want to see in the world.

Have you ever felt strongly about something that needed to change? Perhaps you've voiced your opinion online or shared your passion for a cause. But here's the thing: initiating change requires more than just a single act. It requires repetition and perseverance.

When you first start advocating for change, it's likely that few will take notice. But don't be discouraged. Through consistent effort and repetition, you can begin to gain traction. Whether it's through multiple videos, blog posts, or starting a podcast, finding different ways to share your message is key.

Repetition not only helps cut through the noise but also allows you to refine your approach over time. As you continue to push forward, you'll discover new ways to engage with your audience and convey your message effectively.

So remember, if you see something in the world that you believe needs to change, know that you have the power to be that change. It may take time and persistence, but with dedication and determination, you can make a difference.

Almost Daily Podcast for 02/29/2024: You are the architect of your life

Almost Daily Podcast for 02/29/2024: You are the architect of your life

Welcome to the Almost Daily Podcast for February 29th, 2024. I'm Daryl Perry, your host, and today's episode is all about the empowering concept: "You are the Architect of Your Life."

Building upon yesterday's discussion on embracing who you are, today we delve into the pivotal realization that we hold the reins in shaping our own destinies. Picture this: you're at the center of your life's blueprint, surrounded by the past experiences that have molded you into who you are today. These experiences, both positive and negative, serve as your toolkit for navigating life's twists and turns.

Taking ownership of your life means acknowledging that while external factors may influence us, ultimately, we are the ones who determine the course of our lives. Yes, challenges arise, mistakes are made, but it's how we respond and adapt that defines our journey.

It's crucial to recognize the role of therapy or counseling in navigating past traumas or patterns that may hold us back from fully embracing our power as architects of our lives. With professional support, we can dissect our experiences, learn from them, and consciously choose our next steps without being bound by past narratives.

The labels we or others impose upon us do not have to define us indefinitely. If something isn't working, if a label feels restrictive, we have the agency to shed it and redefine ourselves. While this process may take time and introspection, the freedom that comes from realizing our ability to shape our lives is immeasurable.

Staying connected with ourselves, doing the inner work, and taking a proactive approach to change are essential components of embracing our roles as architects. Each of us holds the power to design a life that aligns with our values and aspirations.

As you reflect on today's episode, I invite you to consider what being the architect of your own life means to you. Share your thoughts and insights with me, whether you're listening on Spotify or visiting my website at darylperry.com.

Thank you for tuning in, and remember, you have the power to create the life you desire. Until next time, keep building and stay true to yourself.

Almost Daily Podcast for 02/28/2024: Embrace who you are, as you are.

Almost Daily Podcast for 02/28/2024: Embrace who you are, as you are.

Welcome to the Almost Daily Podcast for February 28th, 2024. I'm your host, Daryl Perry, and today's episode dives into the crucial concept of embracing who you are, just as you are.

In this conversation, I underscore the fundamental message of my work: encouraging everyone to accept themselves fully and unapologetically. Whether you're engaging with my content on social media, participating in fitness challenges like YLF 365, or simply reflecting on your journey, the goal remains the same—embracing your unique path and experiences.

Life has unfolded in a myriad of ways to bring you to this moment, and every decision, whether made by you or imposed upon you, has played a role in shaping who you are today. Despite the varying degrees of adversity or challenges we face, the truth remains: we are where we are, and our lives are what they are.

Embracing who you are means acknowledging the labels and expectations imposed by both yourself and others, and then consciously deciding the narrative moving forward. It's about taking ownership of your life, recognizing the impact of past events, and empowering yourself to define your future.

While the journey of self-acceptance may involve seeking support through therapy or counseling, the ultimate responsibility lies within us to confront and reconcile our experiences. By doing so, we reclaim our power and approach life from a place of authenticity and fulfillment.

When we embrace ourselves fully, we no longer chase external validation or seek to fill voids within us. Instead, we pursue our goals and aspirations from a position of inner contentment, knowing that our worth is inherent and not dependent on external factors.

As you reflect on today's episode, I invite you to share your thoughts and experiences. Whether you're listening on Spotify or visiting my website at darylperry.com, your feedback is invaluable.

Thank you for tuning in, and remember, embracing who you are is the first step towards a life of purpose and fulfillment. Until next time, take care and stay true to yourself.

Almost Daily Podcast for 02/27/2024: What's happened to podcasts?

Almost Daily Podcast for 02/27/2024: What's happened to podcasts?

Today's discussion is on the evolution of podcasts and what's changed in the podcasting landscape.

We're diving deep into three key aspects: the shifting patterns of podcast consumption, the evolving intentions behind podcast creation, and the sheer volume of podcasts saturating the market.

First, let's talk consumption habits. Remember those pre-pandemic commutes when podcasts were our trusty companions? Well, times have changed. With routines evolving, from remote work setups to new daily schedules, our podcast-listening habits have shifted. The plethora of content options, including music and audiobooks, on platforms like Spotify further complicates the landscape.

Next, let's address the intent behind podcast creation. It's no secret that many view podcasts as a potential goldmine, a quick ticket to financial success. But here's the reality check: the market is saturated with individuals aiming to position themselves as experts, often regurgitating generic advice without genuine expertise or unique perspectives. The allure of quick cash has led to a homogenization of content, diluting the authenticity of the podcasting experience.

Finally, we confront the sheer volume of podcasts flooding the market. From self-proclaimed experts to AI-generated clips aiming for viral fame, the podcasting realm is bustling with noise. With everyone clamoring for attention, it's increasingly challenging to distinguish genuine curiosity and storytelling from the noise of profit-driven motives.

So, where does this leave us? Despite the shifts and challenges, there's still hope for the podcasting world. Embracing genuine curiosity, authentic storytelling, and a commitment to sharing personal experiences can carve out a meaningful space in this crowded landscape.

I'm eager to hear your thoughts on the state of podcasts today. What do you believe has shifted, and where do you see the future of podcasting heading? Share your insights, whether on Spotify or through your preferred platform.

As always, thank you for tuning in to the Almost Daily Podcast. For more updates on fitness and beyond, visit yourlevelfitness.com, and explore darylperry.com for additional content. Until next time, keep questioning, keep sharing, and keep listening. Talk to you again soon.

Almost Daily Podcast for 02/26/2024: What's Your Guilty Pleasure?

Today, we're delving into the realm of guilty pleasures. I'll be sharing one of mine and inviting you to share yours as well.

For me, one of my guilty pleasures is professional wrestling. Yes, you heard that right! I find immense enjoyment in the long-term storytelling and dramatic flair that wrestling offers. From Triple H's creative direction in WWE to following Santi's updates on various platforms, wrestling has become a source of entertainment and fun in my life.

While I may not watch every minute of every show, I do catch highlights on the WWE YouTube channel and make sure to tune in for the monthly premium live events. It's something Heather and I enjoy together, adding a new dimension to our shared interests.

In addition to wrestling, Heather and I have also been exploring classic movies lately. We've delved into a variety of genres, including Christmas movies during the holiday season. Finding these pockets of enjoyment amidst our busy lives is crucial for maintaining balance and happiness.

I've also rediscovered the joy of reading, replacing endless YouTube rabbit holes with productive yet enjoyable reading sessions. It's all about finding that balance between productivity and pleasure.

Now, here's a question for you, my listeners: What's your guilty pleasure? Whether it's a TV show, hobby, or guilty food indulgence, I want to hear about it! Drop your guilty pleasures in the comments section or wherever you're listening. Let's share and celebrate the little things that bring us joy.

Almost Daily Podcast for 02/25/2024: Emotional Health as a Topic Seems Safer

Almost Daily Podcast for 02/25/2024: Emotional Health as a Topic Seems Safer

Welcome to the Almost Daily Podcast for February 25th, 2024, where I'm your host, Daryl Perry. Today, let's explore a topic that's close to my heart: Emotional Health as a Topic Seems Safer.

In our journey toward self-discovery and personal growth, emotional health plays a pivotal role. While mental health often carries a stigma, emotional health provides a more approachable framework for discussing our inner experiences.

Embracing emotional health means acknowledging our feelings, understanding why we feel a certain way, and learning to process and release our emotions in a healthy manner. It's about taking ownership of our past, accepting where we are now, and empowering ourselves to build the life we want.

Through journaling, therapy, or simply self-reflection, we can begin to unravel the complexities of our emotional landscape. By fostering emotional awareness, we equip ourselves with the tools to navigate life's challenges and cultivate deeper connections with ourselves and others.

While I'm not a licensed mental health practitioner, I share my personal experiences and insights to encourage meaningful conversations around emotional health. Whether you're exploring these topics alone, with a partner, or within your social circle, my hope is that these discussions serve as catalysts for growth and understanding.

As we move forward, emotional health will remain a recurring theme on this podcast. It's a journey we're all on together, and I'm committed to providing valuable insights and perspectives along the way.

Almost Daily Podcast for 02/24/2024: Let People Do Their Thing

Almost Daily Podcast for 02/24/2024: Let People Do Their Thing

Today, let's dive into a topic that's crucial for our personal growth and well-being: Let People Do Their Thing.

In life, people come and go, and it's essential to understand that this is a natural part of the journey. Whether it's in romantic relationships, friendships, or family dynamics, holding onto someone who has chosen to move in a different direction isn't healthy for either party.

We often find ourselves caught up in the roles of hero or victim, failing to recognize that we also contribute to the ebb and flow of relationships. It's important to respect others' paths and decisions, even if they don't align with our own.

Letting go doesn't mean giving up; it means allowing space for growth and self-discovery, both for ourselves and for others. Guilt-tripping someone into staying in our lives diminishes both their autonomy and our self-worth.

Instead, we should focus on nurturing our own self-awareness and self-love. Recognizing our own value allows us to release attachments and embrace the natural evolution of relationships.

If someone chooses to return to our lives after exploring their own path, their presence becomes even more meaningful. It's a testament to the depth of connection and the growth that both parties have undergone.

If you're struggling with the idea of letting go, remember that healing takes time, and it's okay to take things at your own pace. But when you're ready, embrace the process of releasing attachments and allowing others to find their own way.

For more insights on personal growth and emotional well-being, visit yourlevelfitness.com. And for a broader range of topics related to embracing your true self, head to darylperry.com.

Thank you for tuning in today. Remember, letting people do their thing is not only a gift to them but also a gift to yourself. Until next time, take care and keep embracing your journey of self-discovery.

Almost Daily Podcast for 02/23/2024: Helpful Criticism Versus Trolling

Almost Daily Podcast for 02/23/2024: Helpful Criticism Versus Trolling

Today, we're delving into a topic that's ever-present in the online world: helpful criticism versus trolling.

Navigating the sea of opinions online can be daunting, but it's essential to develop a quick filter for comments and criticisms. Whether positive or negative, it's crucial to ask ourselves: Is there validity to this feedback? What's the intention behind it? And is there something I can learn or apply from it?

When it comes to negative feedback, it's often easy to dismiss outright. However, if a pattern emerges where multiple people express similar concerns, it's worth examining whether there's room for improvement or adjustment in our approach.

Additionally, it's important to distinguish between genuine curiosity and trolling. As content creators, we put ourselves out for consumption, inviting various responses. While we have control over how we engage with feedback, understanding the context of comments is key to discerning their intent.

Ultimately, most people online are supportive or simply focused on their own lives. The pressure we often feel from perceived trolls is often unfounded, as those individuals are projecting more about themselves than they are critiquing us.

Remember, feedback, whether positive or negative, offers valuable insights into how our message is received and understood. Embrace it as an opportunity for growth and self-awareness.

Almost Daily Podcast for 02/22/2024:You Determine Your Pace

Almost Daily Podcast for 02/22/2024:You Determine Your Pace

Welcome to the Almost Daily Podcast for February 22, 2024, with me, your host, Daryl Perry. Today's episode is all about a fundamental truth: You Determine Your Pace.

In our fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle, constantly comparing ourselves to others and feeling the pressure to keep up. But here's the thing: your journey is unique, and only you can decide how fast or slow you want to go.

As I reflect on my own experiences, I've come to realize that slowing down can be a powerful tool for success. Taking breaks, stepping back, and reassessing allows us to evaluate our progress and ensure that we're staying true to ourselves.

Imposter syndrome often creeps in when we try to emulate someone else's pace without considering our own capabilities and preferences. But remember, it's okay to start slow, make mistakes, and learn along the way. That's how we discover our true pace and build a fulfilling life on our own terms.

So, as you embark on your journey, I encourage you to focus on your own pace, both internally and externally. Tune out the noise of hustle culture and embrace the rhythm that feels right for you.

Join me tomorrow as we explore the difference between constructive criticism and negative feedback, and how to discern which is which. Until then, thank you for listening, and remember, you determine your pace.

Making changes isn't about willpower or discipline; it's about readiness. It's okay if you're not ready to change or if you're on a path that isn't right for you. What matters is clarity about what you truly want to accomplish in life, free from external influences.

I understand the challenges of pursuing something different from the norm and questioning yourself along the way. But when you're clear on your goals and embrace who you are, everything falls into place. My message remains consistent: embrace yourself and create your happiness from within.

There are times when I doubt my methods, but most of the time, I know I'm heading in the right direction. I've learned to pace myself and adjust the time I spend working on things. Hustling endlessly isn't for me, and I've learned valuable lessons along the way.

Life is about experiencing and learning from those experiences. It's about finding your own path, even if it means being stubborn at times. It's taken years to organize my message and adapt to changing distribution landscapes, but I believe in myself, and I believe in you.

Almost Daily Podcast for 02/20/2024

Welcome to today's episode of the Almost Daily Podcast for February 20th, 2024.

Lately, I've been reflecting on the importance of routines and habits. It's easy to fall into the trap of chasing productivity and optimization, turning life into a series of checkboxes to tick off. But are we really experiencing life or just going through the motions?

I've always had a morning routine and other structured systems in place, but I found myself straying from them, seeking freedom in unstructured thinking. However, I've come to realize that both structured routines and free thinking are essential. We need time for both to solve problems and see beyond the tasks in front of us.

Returning to structured routines has helped me keep my mind organized while still allowing space for creative problem-solving. In the rapidly changing landscape of marketing and business in 2024, adaptability is key. What worked yesterday may not work today, and having routines in place gives me the flexibility to make adjustments on the fly.

Ultimately, life is about finding balance. Routines provide a framework for daily life while leaving room for spontaneity and innovation. By owning our days and incorporating habits that serve us, we can navigate life's challenges with clarity and purpose.

If you want to learn more about what I'm up to, visit DarylPerry.com or YourLevelFitness.com. Thank you for tuning in, and I'll catch you again soon.

Almost Daily Podcast for 01/03/2024: The dynamic nature of content creation

Almost Daily Podcast for 01/03/2024: The dynamic nature of content creation

Between Christmas and New Year, I stumbled upon the potential of YouTube for podcasts. Despite not being a regular consumer of podcasts on YouTube, I decided to explore this avenue. Juggling between two channels, the Daryl Perry channel and Your Level Fitness channel, I tested the waters with video podcast episodes.

After re-recording some old episodes and analyzing views, it became clear that my primary focus remains audio podcasts. With nine years of content and around 60 subscribers, I appreciate your support, but the podcast landscape feels more like my home.

Recognizing the constraints of time, I've decided to stick to audio podcasts for consistent and accessible content. You can find my podcasts on your preferred platforms like Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

As I navigate these changes, I'm also considering live streams on YouTube, utilizing the platform's strengths. The format of the podcast has evolved from ADP to the date, reflecting the ongoing shifts in content creation.

In the midst of experimentation and adaptation, I've realized the importance of taking a step back to assess and streamline content delivery. While the format and platforms may change, the commitment to providing valuable content remains unwavering.

If you have thoughts on the changes, new formats, or any suggestions, I'd love to hear from you. Reach out via email at Daryl@DarylPerry.com. Your feedback matters.

Thank you for being a part of this journey. I appreciate your continued support, and I look forward to connecting with you again soon. Stay tuned for more exciting content updates!

ADP for 01/01/2024: This will help you exceed all of your goals

Mastering the Mental Pace for Goal Success

Welcome to the Almost Daily Podcast! I'm your host, Daryl Perry, and it's January 1st, 2024. As we dive into the new year, let's talk about goals—specifically, the often-overlooked aspect that can make or break your journey toward them.

In this episode, I steer away from the conventional frameworks of goal-setting and action plans. We've covered those extensively before. Instead, we delve into the fundamental driver of success—the mental pace that underlies all your efforts.

It's easy to observe people's actions and outcomes, but what truly matters is the foundation propelling those actions from within. How do you feel about the process of chasing your goals? Is the pace something you can sustain? These are the questions that set the stage for real, lasting success.

Many advice givers stress the importance of setting goals outside your comfort zone and chasing after them. While there's a time and place for stretch goals, this episode challenges the common narrative. If you consistently find yourself falling short of your resolutions, it's time to examine the pace within your mind before diving into action.

The key lies in setting a deliberate and manageable pace for your thoughts. By aligning your mental processes with an achievable speed, your subsequent actions gain momentum. As your actions quicken, so do the results, creating a stack of accomplishments. Yet, crucially, you maintain a sense of manageability and avoid the feeling of constantly chasing after success.

Contrary to the hustle culture, the most productive version of yourself has the luxury of time to think in real-time. A deliberate mental pace allows you to step back, assess situations, and make adjustments on the fly. It's a nuanced perspective often overlooked in the rush for productivity.

Before you embark on the journey of discipline and habit-building, this episode emphasizes the importance of understanding your mental processes. Spoiler alert: it all ties back to how you view yourself.

As a quick call-out, we're making a shift in the podcast format sooner than expected. The episode count won't reach a thousand before the change, and that's okay. The new format aligns with the structure of our videos on YouTube and podcast platforms.

If you like the podcast merchandise featured in this episode, head to shopylf.com or yourlevelfitness.shop to grab your own Corduroy YLF Community Hat or Your Level Fitness shirt.

That wraps up today's episode! I hope your new year is off to a fantastic start. Tune in for more insightful discussions, and I'll talk to you again real soon.

ADP 988: Self Reflection & The Scale as the Byproduct

In this episode of the Almost Daily Podcast, I talk about the importance of self-reflection and taking ownership of our lives. The conversation revolves around evaluating our habits and mindset to see how they are working for us. The host encourages listeners to question whether their current approach is empowering or hindering their progress. They emphasize that change is possible by working through our limiting beliefs and embracing a mindset of growth. Taking control of our lives, even in the face of circumstances we can't control, can be empowering and lead to personal growth.

The podcast also touches on the concept of imposter syndrome and how taking ownership of our actions and identity can help overcome it. By acknowledging our efforts and accomplishments, even in areas such as writing, photography, or content creation, we can break free from self-doubt and imposter syndrome. The host reminds us that we have control over more aspects of our lives than we may initially realize, and by recognizing this control, we can take purposeful action and make positive changes.

Ultimately, this episode reminds listeners that self-reflection and taking ownership are powerful tools for personal growth and empowerment. Making conscious choices, evaluating our habits and beliefs, and acknowledging our efforts can lead to a more fulfilling and intentional life journey. ADP 987: AI, Football and Perspective

Hey there. On this episode of the Almost Daily Podcast, I discuss the benefits of using artificial intelligence (AI) to improve efficiency in various tasks. For instance, AI can be used to generate rough drafts for copywriting, create show summaries from podcast transcripts, and even assist in writing captions for social media.

While AI tools are continuously evolving, it's important to find the right balance between automation and human touch.

Embracing new technologies can help us adapt to the changing job market and enhance our career paths. On a personal note, I recently enjoyed spending time with my family during the holidays and watching a football game together. It reminded me to appreciate the moments we have and be grateful for our situations, as someone else might aspire to be in our shoes.

ADP 986: Enjoy the holidays without the guilt

ADP 986: Enjoy the holidays without the guilt

Welcome to the Almost Daily Podcast, episode 986. Merry Christmas! I'm happy that Christmas is now a part of my household. I hope everyone has a happy holiday season, regardless of the traditions they follow.

Today, I want to talk about the guilt many people feel around food choices during holidays. Whether you stick to your eating plan or indulge during this season, it's your choice. However, I urge you not to feel guilty about your food choices. Food is part of an overall experience, and being too strict or too lenient can lead to fluctuations in weight. It's important to look at the big picture and strive for consistency without being too rigid.

As we enter the new year, I have exciting plans for Your Level Fitness. I'll be incorporating video episodes into my podcasts and re-recording episodes for YouTube playlists. I'm also utilizing project management tools to stay organized and planning to expand my team in the future.

Additionally, I've revamped my merchandise store, ShopYLF.com, with new collections. I want everyone to feel comfortable in their own skin and not experience guilt. This underlying message is crucial for any endeavor, not just in health and fitness. If you have any thoughts or questions, feel free to reach out by emailing daryl@darylperry.com
