Let’s just keep it real. Post partum depression is real, and most of us have dealt with it in silence. It’s important that we don’t keep our emotions bottled up, but talk to trust worthy individuals who can help us get out of the “baby blues” funk.

It’s important as women that we be mentors for other young women. Be the women who says girl that’s not okay, or girl you shouldn’t do that. It’s important that we encourage young ladies to live for Christ and be the ladies God has called them to be.

You are worth fighting for! God will see you through. He will not leave you nor forsake you! I’ve dealt with depression and I know that Jesus is delivered and He will pull you out!

When we are walking through our season of difficulty we don’t need to murmur and complain, but we need to ask God what do you want me to learn from this?

It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking negative. The enemy doesn’t want you to be confident in you! If God has called you to do something He will equip you to do it! God knows you can do it—that should give you the confidence to pursue it!

Love is a beautiful thing when you’re in a relationship with someone who respects you, loves you, and cherishes you. Staying with someone out of convenience will keep you from experiencing the benefits of real love. History with someone doesn’t mean you have to stay with them. You deserve happiness. If they’re hurting you more than they are helping you—let them go.

Ask yourself when is the last time I focused on myself? When is the last time you had a moment of silence to rest your mind and have time alone? For some of us it’s extremely hard, but it’s so important that we don’t get caught up in making sure everyone else is okay and not making sure that we are okay. You are a priority too. Take care of yourself.

Instead of complain in your times of trials and tribulations be grateful. Give God praise in all things!

People have loss sight of true friendships. Friends are important and are so valuable. We should all aim to be better friends!

Fear isn’t real! The enemy uses fear to hinder you. Stop allowing the enemy to stamp fear in your spirit! You can overcome fear!

Don’t try to get in God’s way and try to change up the blueprint. He knows what he’s doing. It’s going to work out for you good.

We all have different ways of defining success. Materialistic things don’t make you successful, your state of mind does. If you’re chasing things to obtain success, you will never be fulfilled. But if you’re chasing God then you will obtain success in every area of your life.

Low self esteem and insecurities can affect your relationships and your everyday life. It’s time to stop allowing your issues within to affect your daily life. It’s time to get free!

Stop waiting on people to approve your vision and do what God has told you to do!

Walking by faith and not by sight is what we are encouraged to do. But let’s be honest, it’s hard to do. Just like Nike just do it. Put your faith in God and watch Him move for you!
