I’m posting this a day late (well, more like a few hours late). I’m recording this at 5:00am as I have had to adjust to a ton of work. That’s actually a perfect intro to what I’m talking about today: Adjusting.
Many people are lost and confused. I think a lot of it comes from not listening to the right voices. When we don’t listen to credible and principled people, we end up sucked into echo chambers, groupthink, and simplemindedness.
Sometimes the middle of the week, or the middle of the day, or the middle of something can feel like a dip. I like to breakdown my activities to give myself as many restarts as possible. #DB #midweek #restart
As we are forced to rethink work, I'd like to encourage you to incorporate life into your work design. Ask this question: How can we use work to create and capture value not merely for the amassing of stuff but for the improving of lives?
