From Simple Beginnings

From Simple Beginnings

This is a documentary that was created in the mid 90's to celebrate 100 years of Chiropractic. It was originally set to air on FOX in prime time. Merely hours before it was scheduled to begin, the station made a programming change and the documentary was never aired. The station caved under immense pressure from the Medical Establishment. They did not want this documentary to give Chiropractic any legitimacy or to teach patients to think for themselves.

The host of this documentary is Jack Perkins. While you have probably never heard of him, he was an American reporter, commentator, war correspondent, and anchorman. The Associated Press called him, "America's most literate correspondent". He is most well known as the host of Biography on A&E. His presence alone, gave the documentary and the Chiropractic profession legitimacy in the eyes of the public.

While it is not specific to Gonstead, I think you will find this documentary to be both inspiring and educational. I hope you enjoy it!
