so I haven't been on here in a while because I've been involved in some new ventures in my professional life and I wanted to share with you what those ventures are and also kinda catch you up on everything that I may not have shared with you

I wanted to give you an overview of what I am seeing in the market right now. Over the last 6 years we have been in a clear-cut seller's market in Queens and in most of the rest of the nation. There are major signals of upcoming change and there is significant change at certain price points throughout queens and the rest of the country. I talk about how the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago and the second best time is now and how that relates to real estate.
