SEASON 3, EPISODE 42: Explain Your Workflow. Every photographer has to plan, prepare, create and have some sort of workflow for every photo session. In this episode Renee & I discussed what our workflow is for our adventures as well as our separate photo sessions. We also discussed what happens when we have prepared correctly and what happens on those days when we don't.

SEASON 3, EPISODE 41: New Gear Review and Renting Gear. At some point and time, there will be some "shiny new object" that will catch your eye, and no matter how hard you try not to focus on it, it seems to keep sneaking into your thoughts. In this episode, Dawn and Renee discuss how to photograph a large family, how to prepare for a shoot of this type, and what to do if something goes wrong? Something did go wrong... Listen to find out what happened and if Renee was prepared to handle the situation. 

Season 3, Episode 39: Having A Portfolio. Just like we talked about the importance of having a website in Episode 34, a portfolio is just as important. There's so many ways to have a portfolio and today Renee and I are going to talk about some of those ways.

Season 2, Episode 37: "Make Yourself A Better Photographer". Photographer's should strive everyday to make themselves a better photographer. Nobody can do that but us. Just like a golfer or a tennis player, you have your manager but when the game starts there's nothing they can do but be the cheerleader on the sidelines. 

Season 2, Episode 36-A "A Do-Over" Once or twice in our lifetime we all probably had a "do-over". During the entire time shoot in your mind you were happy with everything or everyone you photographed. Then you go home...and that is where the trouble begins.

Season 2, Episode 28: Hilltop Hotel, Harper's Ferry WV. In this episode Renee and I talk about Hilltop Hotel, a hotel that if you knew of Harper's Ferry, you knew about the Hilltop Hotel. After all the years of deterioration, the hotel is finally coming down. Not only talking about the hotel but also how each of us documenting this historical (in our eyes) landscape.

The Flying Circus Air Show is a weekend full of hot air balloons and old two-seater airplanes located in Bealeton, VA.Weather permitting the hot air balloons launch in early morning and afternoon. Both the balloons and planes give out rides throughout the day. This is a day to play for kids as well as adults.

BIG BUG ADVENTURE. On this photography adventure, Renee & I went to The Museum of the Shenandoah Valley, located in Winchester VA to see David Rogers Big Bugs. What made this adventure so special is that we invited another photographer - an eight year old. What a day it was!!
