Very special episode! When I dropped off, I didn’t see myself picking it back up simply because of the state of mind I was in. Now we’ve made it to FIFTY total episodes. Keep your head up, things WILL get better.
Sometimes it’s hard to see the silver lining in things, but stay patient and push through whatever you’re going through because you never know what blessings are coming to you.
All this growth wouldn’t be possible without you...So I thought I would take the time to say thank you and really appreciate all the love and support I have been receiving. 🌹
I’m currently sick, sore physically, drained mentally, but you will still find me pushing though it all. I believe that it is important to continue on through these “bad” days. There are sometimes where you just need to take a step back and focus on your recovery/recuperation. Either way, do what’s best for you.
This ties in heavily with Ep. 12 but in this case, it is more consistent. Instead of getting the urge here and there to learn/try something new, self-improvement should be a daily task for you.
It’s always great to look back to see how far you truly have come and what type of person you have become. Just don’t find yourself dwelling on the past. Focus on who/what you are now!
Growing is hard if you don’t know what you’re doing. Here’s what I’ve done to help my brand grow over the last few months. Hopefully, it can help you too!
Your attitude will tell a person everything they need to know about you. Whether you’re negative or positive, and you should be mindful about the attitude you carry with you every day.
Don’t complain about something you have control over, don’t complain about something you don’t have control over. Complaining puts negativity into the universe, and the last thing you need is to be consuming more negativity if you’re already complaining.
When faced with adversity, you have two options...play victim or go out and be proactive. Either way, life is going to keeeeeep on moving forward with or without you.
Sometimes, you are really torn about making a decision. Whether it be something small, or something life changing, these decisions can be stressful and full of emotion. Lead with your heart and let time tell if it was a good or bad one.
In this episode, I talk about my why and what keeps me motivated in day to day life. Doing the same things in day in and day out can become tedious. You may lose sight of WHY you are doing it.
