Episode 4 is all about body image (and some side tangents as always). Lizzie embraces her stocky legs and celebrates her centre of gravity and a healthy body, while Rebecca waxes on about her obsession with a Peter Rabbit jumper she wore as a kid and how clothing has the power to change how she feels about her body. Lizzie and Rebecca share their younger attempts to be of service through voluntourism. An exotic bird sanctuary gets a little too Hitchcock for Rebecca and Lizzie's attempts to help kids in Morocco and India go sideways. Never one to miss out on adventure, Lizzie opts for a rather questionable naked healing. Tune in to find out what weird and unexpected places volunteering might take you!
