I broke a bone in my Ankle on 10/16/2022, and at times I wondered if I would ever walk again. Thank you God, and everyone that has contributed to my healing 💛🙏🏾!

Racism (hate) with a nationality or culture. Is that even possible? This one might need 2 parts.

My skin started to breakout when I was in the 9th Grade. It is largely because of the trauma of my skin issues that got me into studying health and nutrition.

“Give them Bread and Circus”, is what some Roman Emperor said. As much as I still enjoy watching people perform at a high level. Most of these guys are not taught anything about business and end up getting used and lose everything.

Being able to choose Powerfully is ESSENTIAL to a life that works.

Some choices will be a lot more challenging than others. Whatever the choice is make it and go forward fearlessly!!

I am taking on giving up the NEED to be RIGHT about everything. I am of the belief that if more us do this the WORLD will be as cliché as it sounds…A Much Better Place!!

Do I have it in me to commit to anything long term? I feel sadness at times due to wondering if I have it in me to stay with any lengthy commitments.

The Govern-ment is taking bold and blatant actions to take complete ownership over your life. Just look at the laws being passed. Listen to what is being said. Uncle Sam does not respect us.

Train these Young Men on how to be Men. A Man that knows how to ask for what he wants has a much better chance to be successful in life.

Make better choices. Honor yourself and if you cannot do it….Say so.

Fame or Fortune? Fortune for sure, and for many of us fame comes because our message is needed, even though some will not like it. It takes courage and above all else, a close relationship with God to fight the good fight. “Greater things Shall ye do”!!

Sex, can be Amazing, and I am of the knowing….that Intimacy is BETTER!!!

Let’s go to the higher vibration of being Co-creators. There is enough Abundance to go around for everyone!

We have to stop enabling one another, and call out the B.S. amongst each other. Maybe this is harsh, it is just my perspective because of my own mistakes in life many which could have been minimized or avoided altogether with more discipline and tough love.

Tell it like is, as folks used to say. There is Gold in that!
