Episode 23: Bianca's Law
Originally aired 02/01/2022 at Radio DePaul at 8:30pm. In this episode Misha and Jeffrey discuss a law proposal Bianca's law that would make it illegal to show graphic images that exploit the deceased or that use the pictures to target and harass victim's families. The host give their opinions on how different social media platforms filter/deem explicit content and better ways they believe would protect and help social platforms. They also discuss who the law is named after Bianca Devins in the beginning of video for context on the law as well as her scholarship fund.
