Sound Conditioning with Eileen Anderson
Sound sensitivities and phobias are challenging problems to address. Not identifying and addressing them can lead to unnecessary suffering for dogs and owners, and delay the resolution of behavior issues. This topic is of special interest to Eileen and she is an innovator in the treatment of sound phobias. You can visit her website Sound Sensitive Dogs.
Eileen is also the co-author of a recently released book on Puppy Socialization and Remember Me a guide for helping owners care for their dogs with canine cognitive dysfunction. Her Eileen and Dogs Blog is a valuable resource for evidence-based discussions on training.

Sound Phobias & Sensitivities With Eileen Anderson
Eileen Anderson is a highly respected contributor to the dog training community. Her website provides educational information for trainers and pet owners. I've even seen one of her training videos used an example of 'good training' at a conference for members of the ABA and behavior analysis community.
eileenanddogs.com
Sound sensitivities are considered to be medical emergencies by some veterinary behaviorists. Helping dogs change their response to specific sounds requires more than just addressing the volume, a common misunderstanding among the dog training community.
Her website provides owners with support for addressing individual sound sensitivities in their pets.
Soundsensitivedogs.com/sound-services
Her book Remember Me provides pet owners with a compassionate and evidence-based approach to confronting Canine Cognitive Dysfunction.
