Everything you believe and feel about yourself started somewhere. You were not born believing or feeling the things you do now.  They started with someone else who taught you to think and feel the way that you do.  In order to address all that has followed, you must start at the beginning.  What is your starting point?

Be Proud Of Yourself
Many times, we seek out approval from others.  We let our negative thoughts become truths and we are no longer proud of ourselves, for anything.  We skip right over all the things we do every day that we should be proud of because the negative seems bigger.  We should be proud of ourselves not just in the big things but in everything.

Where Is Your Proof
Of all the negative things you believe to be true about yourself, where is your proof?  Questioning negative beliefs can oftentimes lead to finding out that what we think is true really is false.  If you believe the thought that you are stupid is true, have you actually confronted it with things where you were smart?  Did you drive a car today without incident?  Did you pay bills?  Did you do a job or school task well?  If so the statement I am stupid can no longer be considered true.  Where is your proof?

Choose Happy
Happiness is a choice.  If you spend hours a day with negative thoughts creating unhappiness, could you not spend hours a day with positive thoughts creating happiness?  It really is a matter of what you are thinking and how you let it influence your emotions.

What You Feed
Everyone has two wolves inside them, one negative and one positive, which one are you feeding today?  You choose which to feed by your thoughts. Feed the negative and that is the one that grows more powerful.  Feed the positive and that is the one that grows.  Which wolf do you want to survive?
