HBCU Bomb Threats
Almost 20 HBCUs receive a bomb threat in two days: the day before and the first of Black History Month?.
Recent news broke that the FBI has identified six juvenile persons of interest, but what was the motive? Fear? Foolishness? No one will ever know; all we can do is sit back and watch it all unfold.
Info Overload! Is Ignorance Bliss?
Take a quick look into yourself... Have you suppressed any ideas that bothered you? Any old endeavors of information that closed as a cold case?
I took a introspection of myself within the last year considering all the information I have learned and realized: I could have gone CRAZY! 2020 was a year like no other. Hopefully, I will be able to forget some parts like years of childhood. However, it is hard to do so when 2021 picked up the pieces so well. Ask yourself: Is ignorance bliss?

Ever considered all the hoohaw about the 'New World Order?' Let's flatter conspiracy theorists quickly by discussing "the master and the blind servant" idea, aka the Illuminati and any other secret society that has popped up in the news. If secret societies are real, what do they have to do with the life of average joe? How have they affected life if they are toying with the world?
This is episode is definitely a head scratcher and resources will be shared on the blog site: https://thedebriefjournal.com

Power of Hair Politics Pt 1
Part one on hair. Your hair is IMPORTANT. Whether your head is a barren field of hair or the amazon rainforest, it represent more than just something on your head. Protect your identity!
"People ask me everywhere... They say is that really all your hair?
I just tell them if it ain't... Well it sho' don't mean that now I can't...
Cause I just don't—believe it's fair—to judge a man...
By the length of his hair"

Delivering Justice for Life?
Welcome to 2021! No, it does not restart life. So, 2020 is still lingering in our minds and in front of our eyes.
This long overdue episode is on politicians and the terms they serve. Presidents get eight years, but congressmen and court justices can see serve generations. In our current times, do you believe a Mitch McConnell, Donald Trump, Joe Biden, and more should be serving our public? Do you believe there should be younger people representing us?
Being Better Than 'Them'
Maryland Court of Appeals has used rap lyrics in a case against a local rapper to convict him for murder. Social media has buzzed about the issue with media source Complex discussing it on their website and social media accounts. The general idea is that the move is racist to predominant ethnicity that performs in the HipHop genre. But what if it not as racist as we consider it to be?
In a world where you are the minority, the oppressed and the hunted. The foundation of our sad reality is adapt and overcome. Music is a form of expression and HipHop also known as Rap should apply the most amount of expression for its acronym: Rhythm and Poetry.
Quit The Trend: Be Yourself, Stop Idolizing Celebrities, Respect Mental Health
BONUS: @TheeReggieAllen from @AllenProMedia on Twitter and Instagram went on a quick rant on Facebook Live about his disdain for trendy behavior. Clothes are temporary in their style, but your life—not so much.
Storming the Capitol: American Standoff
As we crawl closer to the inauguration of President-elect Joe Biden and VP Kamala Harris. It seems as if the actions of our nation just continue to ramp up.
This week has shown the people of the United States and the world who hides in the woodworks. 'The Chickens have come home to roost.' Anti-establishment is the parent of these actions and the temper-tantrum filled chilled are MAGA supporters. To be fair we will tossed 'Antifa' in the ring as well because what the hell, why not?
Drug Legalization is confusing
On this episode of the Debrief we reflect on the drugs and their weird relationship with the world. The medicinal and recreational relationship. In recent events, states—New Jersey and Oregon—have legalized the marijuana and other drugs for the public. However, there is no open statement about releasing individuals incarcerated due to a previously criminalized such as marijuana.
Marijuana is a booming business. So big, that in some states they are regular storefront businesses. California takes pride in their large farms growing cannabis. Our northern friend, Canada, however, is clearly not a friend to cannabis and it's users; even though it's legal.
Let's talk about how something legal may not always be the best thing. Drink responsibly and Listen responsibly!
'Murica and Guns
The freedom(s) in the United States makes life both very easy and outrageously difficult [especially as a minority.] The second amendment, famously known for its gun law identity is a highly debated topic once you apply federal and state laws to it. The main issue around the guns is whether the citizens should have them or not. Funny thing is: the United States has so many firearms, nearly every citizen could own three.
Another hot issue is Assault rifles. Assault rifles are just like pop music, it can redefined with the time. And majority of the time it's liked by some and disliked by others. It has a haunting effect to it. Assault rifles, high capacity magazines, combat builds are all issues that have made these weapons a problem child of the second amendment.
This episode will go over what should happen to firearms in the United States. Australia and European countries are JUDGING YOU AMERICA!
Imperfect Bodies
Trumpism
45th President of the United States, Donald J Trump has been defeated by the Biden-Harris campaign. Though his departure might not be an easy one: it is over! However, his followers are not gone and probably won't quit now that he has lost. Fraudulent voting behavior is all up in the air and it will probably suffocate us all before it dissipates.
We are going to talk about the trump follower mannerisms and why it is, the way it is. It's an old campaign just rebranded. America has seen it before, and so has Germany. Let's Debrief the Trump administration society!
Perfect Voting Scenario
What would voting look like in a world with less hate? With more things in common? Politicians acting in favor of community demographics instead of class demographics? Citizens upholding their true civic duties and not outdated or irrelevant beliefs? This bonus episode is a hypothetical to the 2020 Presidential Election between President Trump and former Vice President Biden.
Belief versus Time
Celebrity Representation
Lil Wayne has endorsed President Trump in the 2020 presidential election. This is both surprising and not-so much. It has been proven that money will change an individual. People go 'Hollywood' all the time on their communities. This is just another event within the sequence of Black celebrities or 'elites' making questionable moves. Diddy proposes Black Americans make their own political party: a good idea, but what are his pure intentions? Ice Cube held discussions with the Trump Administration over a plan to "do better" for 'Black America' called the 'Platinum Plan.' 50 Cent endorsed President Trump recently as well and so the list goes on.
The common issue with celebrities and elites in America and not voting for Vice President Biden is because of the proposed tax plan. It goes to show: once you make a certain amount of money, you do not want to go back.
