Let me clear there is a reason why I only have two really good friends and that's because I trust them a lot...but damn this situation just kinda hit differently. (not in a good way either)

So this episode I was supposed to have a featured guest but plans changed. In this episode, I'm telling you ways to protect your energy and I'm also giving you and an off-script story about what happened in the past week. This episode is a little off the script, it's more of something I've been dying to get off my chest. I'm kind of proud of myself this episode is longer than the others and I hope it sounds good.
