They also give an update on how their Mental Health was during the latter part of 2021 (DesiGirl with her TBI & L4dyDMC with her medication/talk therapy) and how their friendship has blossomed (and adapted) to each of the ladies' individual journeys throughout the past year [for those warriors that have been asking for these latter updates... this one is for you!] ;)
