In this chat, Dave and I discuss a whole range of topics, but as the discussion moves on the theme of ‘value added education’ emerges.  This is a very valuable concept for school to consider and to take into account when planning for short and long term goals.  We would love to hear from you on this topic!  Please reach out in either the comment section of Anchor or through my website www.jasonreagin.ga Dave shared several books with me during our chat.  They are: Creating Cultures of Thinking - How to transform our schools by Ron Ritchhart; Turn The Ship Around (turning followers into Leaders) by David Marquet You can follow David on the following: Twitter: https://twitter.com/V2education Instagram:https://www.instagram.com/dave.ardley/ Website or Blog: www.ardles.com Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.ch/DesEdSwiss/  https://www.pinterest.ch/Ardles2/ PaperLi (Journal): https://paper.li/V2education/1376813588#/ I want to also share with you all an exciting resource that my friend Evo Hannan has been working on for the past 8-9 months.  Evo hosts a fortnightly livestream on YouTube called EdTalks Live: Ed Talks is a live talk show for teachers and parents to bring insights, thoughts and ideas from a local and global perspective, to help with remote learning and homeschooling needs. The next live show will premiere on Sept 6th at 7pm Gulf Standard Time.  If you have time please check it out, it is a lot of fun! Also, if you listened to the episode in Season 2 of this podcast when I spoke to Evo you will hopefully remember that he and I have been working on a sort of Global Design Alliance.  We will be sending out a form to those who are interested in joining in our alliance in the coming weeks, so please keep an eye out on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and so on!  You can find out more about Evo's show at www.evohannan.com  Now, on to the chat with David Ardley!
