Suicided in Texas: Leon County Part 1 Episode 1

This is just the first episode of the podcast. There are many more to come. Please let us know your thoughts.   A woman was ruled a suicide by rural county authorities in Leon County Texas.  She shot herself with a semi automatic .45 that was found 8 feet away and the victim was discovered with her hands under a blanket in a recliner where she reportedly shot herself.  Her husband claims. Interesting enough when the deputy who was dispatched by 911 arrived the county coroner and jp were already there with someone from the fire department,  the home is located 15 minutes from town. Autopsy reveals the bullet severed the victims spinal cord which would have paralyzed her immediately.  Yet her hands are under a blanket and the gun is 8 feet away. The deputy felt it was a homicide scene and called the Sheriff who arrived within moments.  Where did her come from?  He cleared the husband "by exception" and the death was ruled a homicide before the victims was corpse was removed from the recliner in which she was found. Immediately after the victims will is probated and it's a clear forgery.  The county officials do not care because that victim was holding up oil wells in the area.  The will is probated and her widower signs oil and petroleum leases and the drilling begins.  Interesting that sheriff and coroner owned vast mineral rights adjacent to the victim.   http://www.texaspubliccorruption.com/the-suspicious-death-of-janice-willhelm/ http://www.texaspubliccorruption.ru/i-think-my-wife-just-shot-herself-2/ #JaniceWillhelm #SuicidedinTexas #LeonCounty
