0074 - Can Men Make A Proper Judgment If They Are Worried About Her Feelings?
Men, how do you answer the following question, “What do you want to eat?” Sadly, many men today can’t choose a time to go out, they can’t choose a place to go, etc. at just the dating stage. Then, if it escalates to a relationship, they continue this passive pattern and now defer to their girl for every decision. Trust me, you will pay. Why? Because the relationship is stagnant, and women don’t do stagnation well at all (nor should they). DW breaks down that feelings may be hurt, but what is your alternative solution in part two of this discussion.

In today’s world, we have this term “#mansplaining “, and the old #menarefrommarswomenarefromvenus book made everyone say that women like to vent about their problems, but men like to solve problems, and the woman doesn’t want that (makes me think of the nail video). Men, if you can commit to writing your goals down, you’ll automatically set yourself apart from most people who have no idea what they are going to do beyond today, let alone next year.
I always say that people never want to plan the future and say, “What’s the point?” But the institutions they devote all their time and energy to from work to church, have a plan for how they should use your time and energy. So if you don’t want control, someone else will surely take control over your life.

0064 - Why You're Going To Gain Weight This Holiday Season...And What You Can Do About It
How much weight do you normally gain each holiday season? Let us know below!
Move, move and keep moving!
At least that will help you do damage control.
However, the most effective thing you can do is limit the damage you do as much as possible.
We all want and likely need time with family and friends and not worry about food and just socialize. However, there has to be a limit as the same folks that celebrate with you, will call you fat behind your back to your momma as well.
So let me suggest:
> Limit over consumption of cals to 1 day alone, and don’t get sucked into the other days by guilt because you aren’t indulging like others.
> Pack your own food- yeah, some will look at your crazy but that’s their problem and you be true to you and your standards.
> Be careful of restaurants when out shopping.

0061 - Do You Know More About "Vital" Politics Than Your Own Vitals?
I know the politics lovers are gonna love this one but it must be said.
I wonder how many heart attacks take place on Election Day ?
This is not anti-politics (although I have no problem going there as well), this is PRO-priorities.
Make your mental and health and physical health more of a priority than those things you can’t control (and they want to control us with fear), and make the priority those areas you CAN control…so let’s start in the mirror shall we?
0060 - Do You Need To REALLY Do Cardio To Lose Body Fat?
When most people want to lose body fat, they fall in gooey love with the cardio machines at the gym. However, simple observation when you watch many joggers or people on the cardio machines all the time at the gym will show you that way too many still have high body fat levels despite being in pretty good cardiovascular shape.
You can’t outrun bad nutrition habits. But you can MOVE more in general. Also, it’s a good reminder to not let your weight get too far out of hand in the first place because if you do, the amount of movement (which may include traditional cardio) needed to burn sufficient cals for fat loss may be high.
So if many competitors can get into the single digit body fat range without killing their joints running up and down the street, you can too! Don’t know how? Email me and I can help.
Not to mention, you want to hold on to as much lean body mass (aka “muscle”) as possible, and cardio here-there-and-everywhere is a sure fire way to lose it, but you’ll gain a lot of that fat back when your caloric expenditure drops and you start eating normal again.
Leave the Jane Fonda mentality back in the ‘80s…
