Shattering glass ceilings with Deborah Nicol-Omeruah

In episode no 14 of season 2, I had a great chat with the very accomplished and inspiring Deborah. From her days at university where she studied architecture being one of a few women on the course to her recent appointment in January 2021 as acting CEO of UPDC a leading property development company in Nigeria, Deborah always had success in her sights. She talks about her faith as one of the driving forces in her life. We also touch on the importance of mentors to help your career, the psychology of leadership, challenges faced as a female boss, why we need to encourage more women to invest in real estate. We also discuss how she stays inspired and the power of vision boarding. It was a really jam packed episode full of nuggets. Apologies for the background noise heard in this episode. To connect with Deborah in social media her Instagram handle is @deborahomeruah.
