Skull Commando Labs - Indie World Order, IWOCon
In this episode, we talk to Raul, a.k.a. Skull Commando Labs, one of the co-founders of Indie World Order. Indie World Order is an initiative to build a stronger indie game developer community and to help indie creatives in any way possible. This organization has gained tremendous traction in the few years since its inception, and now, they're launching their own immersive and interactive digital indie convention, IWOCon, which will take place on March 26, 2021. In addition to all this, Raul also runs Sidescroller Magazine, and is a game developer, who released Mouse and Cheese Tactics, and is now hard at work, developing Skull's Nightmare. Getting To Know Us
In the first, fairly short episode, the hosts interview each other. We talk briefly about our history in game development, the projects we're working on, as well as what got us into game development and some of our earliest influences, such a Super Mario Bros and Double Dragon.
Anthony is an indie game and software developer. His current game project is a Norse based board game with rules mixed from from scrabble, checkers, and other classics, titled Battle Runes of the Viking Gods.
