Hey Everyone! This episode features a panel discussion about COVID19 with a research clinician, a pathologist, a public health specialist, and the director of Classic Health who's worked in both the public and private sector projects. We explore the basic science of the infection as well as how this impacts it's management on a public health level. In this episode, Rahil is not present, but he will be back in our next upload, hosting some awesome discussions. Stay tuned!
Welcome to our first episode! Our names are Rahil and Asande, we are two university students who love to debate and talk about pressing issues. We discuss some unique perspectives on how the current COVID-19 pandemic is affecting students across the nation and detail some first-hand accounts for student evacuations; disruption of academic activities; what the government is doing, and how US President has reacted. We also talk about the EFF Political Party, how this pandemic affects the homeless, and possible solutions for housing inspired by Boris Johnson's recent decision.
*Notes: Asande incorrectly states that Floyd Shivambu is 'Chief Whip' where is actually Deputy President of the Economic Freedom Fighter Party (updated 25/03/2020)
