Diane Reads You To Sleep - Stories To Help You Fall Asleep
By Diane
Most of the stories I read to you will have nothing too exciting because I want you to be able to relax so i can read you to sleep. Finding sleep is often difficult. This is especially true when there is a lot going on and our minds take off on tangents when we lay down. Bedtime stories are good for people of all ages. I have found that listening to someone else speak is a great way to calm and redirect my mind to provide relaxation and sleep. In this podcast I will be reading to you to help you fall asleep. I hope this works for you.
