Then we ask questions to help you determine if taking on offense is really serving you or to investigate how being offended shows up in your relationships. In Episode #15 we talk about the challenges that may come with life and relationships and how those challenges can tempt us into giving in or giving up. In this episode the goal is to encourage you to stay in the fight for what matters to you in your life. 

In Episode #14 I reflect on how changing the story I told to myself in a particular area of my life, changed my life. My encouragement for you is two things as you listen to this episode: 1. What story are you currently telling yourself about a particular area of your life, and how is it either helping or hindering you? 2. In what ways have you already changed your story, and how has changing your story changed your life?

In Episode #12 We talk about the power of the narrative. Some things to consider as you listen:  What is the driver of your narrative? How do you switch your narrative from the broken version to the healthy or healed version of yourself? Do your narrative give life to others?

Episode #11 Had me fired up about The Lion's Den and by the end I was filled with so much gratitude. Gratitude for not dying in my lion's den and having a new chance at life. The stories I share about myself in this episode is from over 20 years ago. I struggled to share my truth, but resolved it to whether I share my truth or not, it won't change it from being my truth #REVEALED. Some questions to consider while listening are: Have you ever been in a lion's den? Are you stronger than the lion's den you been in? Have you ever wondered how did I get here? What lion's den are you currently in?

Episode #10 Count Up The Cost is about looking at how we can count up the cost in a way that can keep us stuck in the muck of our past, unresolved emotional pain and fears or we can count of the cost to what it will take to get free from those very things. After listening, we would love to hear what is the cost that you are counting up or need to count up in your life. 

In Episode #9 we explore questions to help us answer for ourselves what we are drawing out or bringing forth as a leader and in our relationships. We ask questions centered around what are you motivating, developing, or encouraging in your relationships? Are these things in alignment to your truth and who you want to be? Hi! In Episode #8 we talk about overcoming discouragement and how discouragement can cause delay in our lives where we desire to prosper. The main question that kept coming up for me is how long has discouragement delayed you. Well, no matter how long it's been, it's not to late, we still can overthrow discouragement and be loose from the stronghold it has on our self-esteem, self-worth, talents and future.  Let's overcome discouragement together!

In Episode #7 we talk about snares, what they are, and what is the purpose of snares in our life. In listening to this episode consider are you willing to give yourself permission to not fall prey to the snares that show up on your path. If currently, you feel trapped or caught up in a circumstance in your life, know that there is hope, that it is possible for your to escape a snare.  We hope you enjoy this episode and if you gain anything from it we would love to hear your experience. 

In Episode #6 we look at the meaning and purpose of trials in our life. I share on a difficult trail that I endured through. If you feel so compelled, we would love to hear about a trail that you endured through and what you gained in the process.

Episode #5 is about exploring one of Chadwick Boseman's quotes. Specifically, a quote from his 2018 Howard University Commencement Speech.  Chadwick Boseman said, "Whatever you CHOOSE for a career PATH, remember the STRUGGLES along the way are only meant to SHAPE you for your PURPOSE." Below are a few questions to consider: What path have you chose? How have you allowed your struggles to shape you? Do you believe the pain of enduring through the process is worth the experience of living your purpose?

"And you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free."  The truth becomes the light that shines within us. That reminds us that our purpose depends on us being in our truth. What is your truth that you know you need to stand in but are afraid to?

In this episode we discuss faith, being stronger than our weaknesses and not allowing ourselves to be limited by our pain. Check it out, leave me a message. I would love to hear from you. Also, you may want to get your pen and paper out as I ask some questions that may help you get clear on what you are conquering or overcoming in your life. 

This is an opportunity to explore your beliefs. In this episode I give examples of beliefs that I am working change or have changed. After listening, see if you can name at least one belief that works for you and why and another the belief that do not work for you and why. Then share with us what is revealed to you about you.

This is my first episode in all it's imperfections, but I love it. It's rustic, revealing and hopefully relatable. I was moved by a statement that came to me, "It Takes Courage." And once I began to flow not even the noise in the background could stop me. For the first time, I felt free, vulnerable and transparent. This is me in my spontaneity - in my authenticity.
