Celebrating and remembering our good friend Ernestine Romero on her Birthday (July 10th)  Gone too soon but we are always thinking of her.  Music from her and female singers that followed in her footsteps was played.  We also celebrated the legendary New Mexican Al Hurricane on his birthday.

Brothers Jerry and Lenny called in from the "Entertainment Capitol of the World" Las Vegas, Nevada to talk with myself on K New Mexico 1150 AM & 102.1 FM about their now Hall of Fame Career.  Both brothers have played in Vegas for over 30 years and have played worldwide with the likes of Latin music superstars Ricky Martin and Luis Miguel.  Check out there live shows from Las Vegas on the band page Santa Fe and the Fat City Horns.
