Greg is particularly knowledgeable in diabetes education and management, especially after having been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of six. He has experience in both community and clinical settings. His current role is in a psychiatric hospital working with patients who are severely mentally ill. Greg uses nutritional interventions to help his patients manage their symptoms of anxiety, eating, mood, neurodevelopmental, personality, psychotic, and substance use disorders.

Texas-based Fitness and Mindset Coach LaRonda Bolden (she/her) faced many hardships at a young age, including losing her father when she was 12 and experiencing sexual abuse shortly thereafter. In her late teens and 20s, she suffered many addictions and disorders that led her to seek counseling to change her life for the better.

LaRonda eventually went back to school to get her bachelor's degree in psychology and then pursued a master's degree in health promotion while turning to exercise as a new form of therapy. Micheline Orlowsky (she/her), who usually goes by Micki, completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition with a minor in Science and Master of Science in Nutrition from Marywood University. She completed her Dietetic Internship with a focus in community nutrition at Cedar Crest College.

Micki is active within the dietetics community, most recently serving as the Past President of the Pennsylvania Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and holding various positions with other dietetics organizations. She also serves as a mentor for Diversify Dietetics. Micki discovered her passion for mentoring students while being a preceptor for dietetic interns in her previous position which led her to become a part of the Marywood’s faculty.

Micki's professional interests include health promotion and wellness program planning, public health and policy, and nutrition education. In her spare time, Micki also enjoys cooking, baking, thrift shopping, performing stand-up and improv comedy, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Scamp.

Dr. Arunima Bera is a pediatric ICU physician, working in an underserved area of central California at Valley Children's Hospital. She first attended medical school in Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar, then did her pediatric residency at the University of Buffalo, followed by a fellowship in pediatric critical care at UCLA-Mattel Children's Hospital. In her personal time, Dr. Bera loves singing, learning new forms of dancing, and connecting with like-minded people.
