Back when #GreysAnatomy started #KatherineHeigl put a focus on unfair working hours on the set of the show and how #producers, #directors and #writers supported the crazy work schedules.  #EllenPompeo has come out to say Katherine took a bullet for the industry.  But in my experience in the #entertainment industry, people are being taken advantage of even before they ever land a paying job and beyond.  Almost like they are being set up to take the industry #abuse.  We discuss that in this podcast.
