LGBT+ History Month - Be a Brother - a safe space for gay, bi and trans men
Brother was founded by Rob Key, a depression and anxiety sufferer, in February 2020, with a mission of helping other men open up and talk together. In this week's episode, we spill the tea with Rob as he opens up on his own experiences of coming out in his early 30s after 13 years with his now ex-wife. we also discuss the impact coming out had on Rob's life and how he now navigates life co-parenting. Rob created Brother as a safe space for gay, bi and trans men who are/ were married and who may or may not have had kids where they can speak freely about their experiences and seek guidance. LGBT+ Parents - NYC Gay Dad
A year ago a little-known app called Tick Tock was starting to become popular with everyone stuck in lockdown.  From dance crazes to lip-syncing to showcasing his beautiful rainbow Latin X family NYC Gay Dad (Jose Rolon) has become one of Tick Tocks break-out stars! His videos are full of heart and showcase the day to day of being a single dad living in New York during a pandemic.  Like most, they have had to learn to homeschool as well as keep his 3 kids all under the age of 10 years old entertained. Tune in this week as we speak to Jose on being a single, widowed gay dad, creating positivity in his content, as well as the impact covid has had on his day job as a wedding and events planner and what is next for this Tick Tock content creator.
