About this Episode How do you become truly Inclusive? In this episode we discuss our own personal struggle with how what others identify as seem to challenge how we identify. Gender norms and standard language is so deeply ingrained in how we interact with others. Our guest Jen O’Ryan, author of Inclusive AF shares how she became an accidental expert and is now a fierce advocate for LGBTQIA+ inclusion.
