In this episode I speak with the magnificent Naomi, a Sex Positive Educator, Tantric Dancer, and Community builder who shares how she was learning to manage her mental health through divorce and dating after divorce. 

During this interview Naomi discusses her experience in being committed to a psychiatric facility, on a temporary basis, because she was possibly a threat to herself. Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advance Practitioner and Consultant for Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). In this episode Joan shares finding love again after divorce as a 67year old and after participating in a dating class/program. She shares how the dating class was “was worth every penny” because she did not want to “make the mistakes I made before, and I wanted to find the man that was best for me.”
