I've been feeling like I need a mental reset recently and I used this episode as a musical meditation of sorts. We're going to examine each of the seven chakras (I'll explain this poorly, but as best as I can in the episode) and play songs that should help you get in touch with each of them. 

We get into some mental health and wellness topics in this episode and I'd just like to let everyone know that I'm certainly no expert on the matter who has it all figured out, in fact it's quite the opposite. But I hope you'll get something positive out of this episode, and at the very least I hope you know that if you are struggling with anything, you're not alone.
