#28: Walk (Don't Run) in Love

#28: Walk (Don't Run) in Love

I am so glad to have you back for this special episode, where we take a look back at my keynote address from the 2022 SHE Tea® Women's Wellness Conference. This conference has been my lifeline since its inception 9 years ago. After 3 week of various activities that helped us explore how we give, receive, and embrace love -- the keynote was a final charge to truly walk (don't run) in love with every step we take.

I considered titling this episode, "To be a great woman, I must walk in great love." Because my main personal takeaway was the reminder to let love lead who I am in 6 distinct areas of life -- which you have heard me refer to as "The Six Cups". In this episode, I break down each of those cups, and how love helps us combat stress, insecurities, and even fear. Perhaps what will resonate with you is one of the following:

  • How to use the 5 senses to stay grounded in love
  • Encouraging yourself through challenging situations by identifying what you love about yourself
  • Shifting your perspective from "do it afraid" to "do it in love" (don't worry, I'll explain)
  • Knowing that "even if I fail, love never fails".

SHE Tea® is sacred space where real women have real conversations about real life. So, no matter where you are tuning in from, I invite you into this sacred space as well. As Ephesians 5:2 encourages, let's walk (don't run) in love.

I pray you enjoy this episode! Also, you should join us as this year's SHE Tea®!! Head to http://templefithealth.org/shetea for more information and to register.
